Tessa Kilbane

Assistant County Attorney

Tessa first began her practice in law in criminal defense. In 2024, she began her position as a prosecutor with the 12th Judicial Circuit as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Oldham, Henry, and Trimble Counties. Simultaneously, she joined the Oldham County Attorney’s Office as an Assistant County Attorney. Her duties include prosecuting felonies in District Court, prosecuting felonies and misdemeanors in juvenile court, and prosecution of cases involving paternity and family status actions.
